Our technology is available in modular units. Software driver, circuit boards, motors, ink supply, print heads, metal work, head mounts, linear assemblies, belts, platens and pallets and mounting, carousels etc.
Output
The major difference between AUP and other print systems is that the driver allows the implementer to control all printer operations, as the hardware contains no intelligence. Every procedure from dot placement, through motor speed to ink vacuum pressure is controlled through the software.
The driver interfaces to any RIP capable of outputting multi file, uncompressed 1 bit (screened) tif files. Alternatevily Arakis rips can be used.
Arakis Conveyor Control Unit
The Arakis Universal Print-engine is ALSO able to be integrated with a conveyor unit. This conveyor can either print continuous run up to 1200 mm x 500 mm or step and repeat 1200 mm x 700 mm.
Dynamic control over many printable substrates is granted and achieved with ease.
Print Heads
Spectra industrial 40pl and 80 pl heads with flush capabilities. Valve jets up to 100ul capabilities. Epson 4800/7800 style heads for photographic sharpness. The range of heads jet from picolitres to mililitres.
Circuits
Circuit boards, USB interface, main control board, motor control, head control (8 heads), power control.
Power Supplies
Linear systems, horizontal and vertical head transport, ink control systems, cleaning systems.
